  • 摘要

    本文讨论超晶格中界面不平整对等离振子(Plasmon)模性质的影响,得到了等离振子模的频率漂移、平均自由程及寿命。

     

    Abstract

    The effect of interfacial roughness on the plasmon mode in superlattices is discussed. The corresponding frequency shift, mean free path and life time of the plasmon mode have heen derived.
