In this paper, the close-coupling method and the Tang-Toennies potential are applied to the collisions of 3He,4He,9He and 10He with H2 systems when the incident energy is 07 eV. The vibrational and rotational excitation cross sections are calculated. By analyzing the partial wave cross sections, the changing tendencies of the partial wave cross sections with the quantum number and reduced mass in the isotopic substitution systems are obtained.
