讨论了轴对称荷电动态黑洞的Hawking辐射，得到了局部事件视界面方程和温度.结果显示黑洞的形状和温度不仅随时间变化而且随角度变化.The Hawking radiation for a charged axially symmetric nonstationary black hole is studied. We obtain the event horizon equation and the Hawking thermal spectrum formula. Both the shape and the temperature of the black hole depend on the time and the angle. They can reduce to the well-known results when there is no electric charge.
